Schedule: Monday to Friday • Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Industry: Warehousing & Logistics Employment Type: Casual ongoing Pay Rate: $32.74 – $36.66 per hour About the Role: We are currently seeking physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious RF Scanners, Pick-packers, and Tugger Operators to support our client’s high-volume operation located in Melbourne’s western suburbs . This is a physically demanding role that involves container work, general warehousing tasks, and order processing in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Picking, Packing and Sorting a variety of goods Manual handling and lifting (15kg–25kg) Preparing customer orders for dispatch Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area Following OH&S protocols and site safety procedures Assisting with inventory movement and stock replenishment Operate a tugger safely To Be Successful, You Will Have: Warehousing,Tugger, RF Scanner, and Pick-packing experience preferred Manual unloading and loading of shipping containers — preferred but not essential Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting and extended standing periods High level of reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment PPE Required: Steel-capped boots and high-visibility clothing What’s on Offer: Competitive pay rates between $32.74 – $36.67 per hour Consistent Monday to Friday roster with day and afternoon shift options Ongoing opportunities for committed and high-performing candidates Safe and supportive team culture Immediate start available Ready to Apply?
